At Little Empire, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

• Original tags and packaging should remain intact.

• Items that are damaged, washed, worn, altered or used by the customer may not be accepted.

• For size-related issues, customers may request an exchange, subject to product availability.

• If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether your return has been approved.

For approved returns, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise agreed with the customer.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the item received is wrong or defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact Little Empire through WhatsApp or email and provide:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Reason for return or exchange

• Photos/videos, if applicable

Little Empire reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
